1. Tour Booking & Custom Itinerary Clearances
All tour itineraries, private guide services, transfers, and accommodations provided by Dinesh Bharadwaj Travel Architect are customized according to individual client agreements. A formal itinerary confirmation outline will be issued prior to travel commencement.
2. Payments & Cancellation Terms
Booking clearances require an advance deposit as specified in your custom tour contract. Payment options include direct wire transfers, credit card clearances, or PayPal. Refunds in the event of guest cancellation are subject to non-refundable hotel deposits, vehicle reservations, and internal flight ticket policies.
3. Licensing & Guest Conduct
Services are conducted under official Ministry of Tourism licensing (#43-B/2011). Guests are expected to follow local heritage regulations, monument dress codes, and safety guidelines provided by licensed guiding staff during excursions.
4. Liability & Travel Insurance
While we maintain 24/7 hotline support and top-tier transport safety protocols, guests are strongly advised to hold comprehensive international travel and medical insurance covering flight delays, health emergencies, or luggage claims.
